What do I do:
I am a health and wellness coach. I work with clients, helping them make step by step, easy integrated food and lifestyle choices. They are given the opportunity to talk about their lives, try out different dietary theories, physical activities and consider the world of mindfulness. Listening to how the body responds to this process will help to understand their bio-individuality, basically what works best for them.
After establishing their individual dietary requirements and physical activity interests, this knowledge is used to create a formula of smart eating and movement that promotes health and happiness. It’s an opportunity to be heard in a non-judgmental environment and learn how to reach their goals by changing habits alongside positive support and guidance.
As a health coach I am passionate about Inspiring people to get the best out of their lives and be the best person they can be for themselves and the people around them. This mindful way of thinking can create tremendous joy, comfort and gratitude.
About me:
In my spare time I am a GB Age Group Sprint Triathlete. I have come to understand the importance of eating well to support my training and competitions. It has been an interesting personal journey, from novice to GB AG Team in only 1 year, where I have experimented and adapted my habits in order to stay illness and injury free as much as possible. I train between 10-12 hours per week and my disciplines vary from swimming, cycling, running to strength and core work. I try to eat a broad spectrum of foods that are in season and I am environmentally conscious which adds a layer of creativity and interest when preparing meals.
As an athlete I am interested in personal goal setting and progression. I am always trying to improve my fitness and realized that I am target driven. But it's not just about trying to exceed my aspirations and expectations, it’s about personal growth, development and self-discovery which gives me tremendous
self-worth, confidence and happiness.
I have noticed that as clients improve their health, they become empowered to pursue the life of their dreams, the life they came here to live and in doing so they can fulfill their potential. Whatever your goals are... with the right formula, support and belief you can truly achieve anything.
