EXAMPLE ITINERARY

Most of our time is spent on the bike on quiet country roads with lots, and lots of hills.  With our excellent leader/rider ratios, 4 leaders to a max of 11 athletes, no-one is ever dropped and we can cater for everyone.  Some rides we stop for coffee, and or ice cream, some rides take in lunch.  It all depends on where we're going, but they staggered at the start to account for pace and distance so that we can meet up at lunchtime.

In the little time left you will have a sea swim or two, 2-3 runs, flat and lumpy and including a brick, and a regular stretch & mobilise session. After all of that Sandra is happy to do a 1-1 swim coaching session for anyone who wants one.

Bike rides will include tips on key skills eg. cornering, descending, ascending.  Riders are grouped according to distance/pace and there are shorter ride options on the long ride days -
